CORONA STATIONS

Scana Corona stations are designed according to customer requirements.

Various standard procedures and parts are combined with new developments as needed - this allows for rapid response in case of high dynamics with respect to individual customer requirements.

SCS-R SERIES WITH SWIVEL ELECTRODE HOUSING

In case of SCS-R series the electrode housing opens swivelling in the direction of the web. The electrode system has an Easy-Open function. When contacting the inlet side with e.g. a web ball, the electrode housing immediately swivels open.

SCS-P SERIES – FOR LARGE ELECTRODE PACKS

SCS-P series with parallels to corona roll opening electrode systems are suitable for large electrode packs. SCS-R 300 station can be used e.g. as alternative for a swivelling double electrode. The electrode housings are designed symmetric and easily accessible for maintenance purposes. The series can be supplied as SCS-P 200 and SCS-P 300 as standard. Other combinations of electrode system and Corona rolls are possible.

SCS-D SERIES - WITH ELECTRODE INSERT

The SCS-D series has a removable electrode insert. This can be easily removed, replaced or modified in case of routine maintenance.
