Since 2012, the SCANA CORONA division has been internationally developing and supplying technologies for a wide range of applications for the manufacture and processing of plastic films, papers and metal films.

Based on extensive practical experience with users, SCANA CORONA designs and supplies innovative and application-optimised corona systems for surface functionalization of webs of all kinds.

SCANA CORONA technology is characterised by low electrode soiling, efficient, material-saving thanks to integrated web cooling, low-maintenance operation, guaranteed corona effects and a mechanically solid precision mechanics. The stations are completed by modern generators with high efficiency, integrated power control, safety and process monitoring.

We provide you with the full range of products: We supply complete systems and components for your specific, processing application, including as special construction for customised special solutions. You receive the construction, manufacturing, start-up and service from a single source. Material tests and sample treatment are carried out in our own technical centre. Our product portfolio is supplemented by converter for purification of ozone-containing corona exhaust air and accessories for the measurement of surface tensions.
